Delete account

You can permanently delete your Poa account and the data linked to it at any time.

What gets deleted: your account and sign-in, profile, saved products, chats, support requests, notifications, search and photo-search history, Premium membership and seller applications. Reviews you wrote stay but no longer show your account. A shop you run is unpublished and detached from you.

Records of staff actions in the back office are kept for security. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
